1. About the service

VedMint Discover is an online education discovery and directory platform operated by Vedmint Consultancy Services (“VedMint”, “we”, “us”). We help users find schools, colleges, universities, teachers, coaching institutes and related providers, and help providers get discovered. We do not ourselves provide teaching, admissions or counselling services.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter a contract under Indian law to create an account or submit enquiries. If you use Discover on behalf of an institute, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

3. Listings & accuracy

• Directory information may come from public datasets, user submissions and claimed owner updates.
• We do not guarantee that every profile is complete, current or error-free.
• Claimed owners are responsible for the accuracy of content they publish on their listings.
• Fees, seats, affiliations and admissions decisions are solely between you and the provider.

4. Accounts, claims & enquiries

• Keep your login credentials confidential and provide truthful information.
• Claim requests require legitimate ownership or authorised representation; false claims may be rejected and accounts restricted.
• Enquiries you submit may be shared with the listing owner and/or our support team for follow-up.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Spam, scrape abusively, reverse-engineer or overload the platform.
• Post unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing content.
• Impersonate others or misuse Call / WhatsApp / Enquire features.
• Interfere with security or attempt unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Paid plans & promotions

Free listings and paid visibility/premium plans (if offered) are described on Pricing and in order confirmations. Fees, renewals and refunds (if any) follow the plan terms communicated at purchase. Taxes may apply as required by law.

7. Intellectual property

Discover branding, software and original content belong to Vedmint Consultancy Services or its licensors. Listing owners retain rights in their submitted content and grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the marketplace.

8. Disclaimers

Discover is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding uninterrupted service, ranking outcomes, lead volume or fitness for a particular purpose. Any reliance on directory information is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vedmint Consultancy Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of Discover. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us (if any) in the three months before the claim.

10. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date will be revised when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the Laws of India. Courts at Kanpur Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
